Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist; BSc (Hons), PGCert, PGDip, MSc, DClinPsy

Dr Butler is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist, as well as a trained EMDR Therapist and accredited CBT Practitioner. Her professional qualifications are complemented by extensive clinical experience in various specialist National Health Services (NHS) in London UK, including Complex-PTSD trauma services, brain injury neuro-rehabilitation, and NHS staff support.

She is registered with and regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), accredited with the BABCP, and a member of relevant professional bodies (e.g., EMDR Association) ensuring adherence to high standards of practice.

She is committed to delivering high-quality evidence-based psychological care that is both ethically sound and grounded in a thorough understanding of the social and material contexts of her clients' lives.

Alongside private practice, Lucy hold a senior clinical position in a central London NHS Trust.

  • Low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Interventions Post Graduate Diploma from UCL England in 2013.

  • Mental Health Practice Post Graduate Diploma, at the University of Middlesex, London, England in 2012.

  • Psychology MSc (BPS Accredited) from the University of Hertfordshire England in 2011.
